There are areas to print your company logo/crest, company address & telephone numbers and your service hours. The Folio dimensions are 9 1/8 inches wide x 6 inches tall. There are areas for your customer to record accident, service and trip information on the backside of the flap and Folio. 4 styles to choose from. Minimum order is 150 folios.

Orders are subject to a 10% overrun/underrun and are charged accordingly.

(1) Specify logo or crest (not required) (2) Specify service days & hours (3) Specify company name, address, telephone numbers and e-mail or web address. We will fax over a layout for approval. Any changes other than corrections, may incur an art charge.

No art charges for using our standard print type style standard logos. Orders requiring special typefaces or logos will require clear black & white camera ready artwork and may incur an art charge depending on the design complexity and will be quoted.

Styles A & B will print custom information in red ink only. Style C will print custom information in Royal (Reflex) Blue only. Style D will print custom information in black ink only.
